VISIT
FOR
PEOPLE
WITH
REDUCED
MOBILITY

The Cité du Champagne provides its visitors with a special type of visit assistant, a mobile videoconferencing robot to make the visit autonomous and interactive.

Visitors with reduced mobility have the opportunity to discover the underground heritage of the Coopérative Générale des Vignerons and thus benefit from the visit as a whole, by means of a "telepresence" robot. A kind of virtual double or avatar, the robot allows the person with a disability to continue the visit remotely with his group when it sinks 35 meters underground.

Visits are possible by prior reservation only.
