We have the pleasure to inform you of the reopening of the Cité du Champagne on June 20th. The whole team is mobilized to welcome you in the best conditions: important measures of hygiene and respect of barrier gestures have been taken to ensure your safety and that of our teams.

Our
7
commitments
for
a
safe
visit

  1. For your safety and that of our teams, masks are required for all persons over 11 years old.* Masks are sold on site at cost for visitors who do not have them. If there is a problem with your mask (rips or tears, etc.), a replacement will be provided free of charge.
  2. Hand sanitiser is provided in each of our spaces. The quantity of hand sanitiser, soap and wipes is monitored regularly.
  3. Access is regulated in order to limit the number of people in the buildings.
The capacity of the visiting areas and the shop has been limited so that the minimal safety distances can be followed, both inside and outside the buildings. Tours are held only at fixed times organised in advance.
  4. Our spaces have been redesigned to welcome you in the best possible conditions. Entry and exit traffic to and from the visiting areas and the shop has been reorganised. Plexiglass has been installed at the welcome desk, and floor markings have been placed every 1.5 m to allow you to tour our site and shop in complete safety.
  5. An enhanced cleaning plan is in place and monitored daily, several times a day.Our reception, tour, and shop areas, as well as all contact points (welcome desk, card reader, etc.) are cleaned and disinfected several times a day.
  6. Online bookings are encouraged. In order to keep contact to a minimum and to help you plan your visit, we invite visitors to book tickets online at citeduchampagne.com.
  7. We are particularly careful with tastings. Each visitor is provided with an individual tasting station equipped with a single-use tasting kit that includes: an individual tablecloth, disposable napkin, plastic bag to store your mask, disinfectant wipes, and individual bin. A new mask is also provided so that visitors leave the tasting in complete safety. The glassware is cleaned at high temperature.
