The main tour is elaborate around 4 places
The Maison of the oldest cooperative of champagne's winegrowers.
The chronological trail, designed to be educational, includes 1,500 documents and objects, taken from the COGEVI archive or recently acquired, which illustrate the idea that a cooperative is above all a gathering of committed, passionate men and women, as well as a mosaic of terroirs and villages.
From the 18th century to nowadays, the cellars dug on the hillside are offering a time travel and secrets of the champagne-making process
The Museum of Champagne traditional crafts and tools
invites you on a journey to discover the secrets of the vine-growing and wine-making trades though a unique collection of exhibits (over 1,500 items, tools and original documents), presented in an incredible display.
A marked path on the hillsides of the Aÿ vineyard, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, surrounded by 100% Grand Cru classified vines, helps to understand the vine cycle, from A to Z.
The tour ends with one or several tasting(s) of Champagne Collet.
The Cité du Champagne is a unique visitor wine center created by the General Coopérative of winegrowers and the Champagne Collet, labelled Vignobles et Découvertes, Refined Art de Vivre brand ambassador, Trophées de l'Œnotourisme gold awarded, recommended by the Guide du Routard and received the TripAdvisor Certificate of excellence.
